Cooking Tips

Unload your specialty cooler with your selected size lobster tails and place them belly-up in the refrigerator to thaw.  Belly-up ensures the necessary juices for cooking remain in the shell.  Place the tails at a slight upward angle; however, to drain excess water.  Mix sea salt and filtered water in a pot.  Rule of thumb:  add about 1 TBS per each quart. Bring pot to a boil and add the tails.  The boiling water will subside, but once the water returns to a boil, turn the heat back to a simmer level.  Cook for 5 minutes per 4 oz. tail.  Once finished, serve your ultimate catch to your hungry fans.  These lobster tails boast a smooth, plump sweetness that soak in recipe flavors majestically.  Eat like there’s no tomorrow!  Enjoy!
