Instructions For Claims

Any order without package loss coverage we will likely not be able to process a claim.

If you purchased the package loss coverage, we will process your claim as quickly as possible. 
In order to process a claim we will need picture of the damaged cooler, shipping label and or pictures of spoiled food.

Please send all claim photos to
customerservice@ordercrabs.com. You will receive an email that your photos have been recieved.
