Crab Imperial, showcasing Jumbo Lump Crab Meat offers a sophisticated filling for lobster tails, Angus ribeye or stemmed white mushrooms.  Our jumbo meat tastes so rich, many diners opt to dig into the meat as an entrée! 

Get your fresh ingredients together.

1 lb. Jumbo Lump from Chesapeake Crab Co.

½ cup Hellman’s Vegan Dressing (healthy mayo.)

1 tsp. raw cane sugar

1 tsp. Old Bay Spice

1 tsp. fresh parsley

1 large brown egg

1 squeezed lemon

Mix, fold, bake and serve!

Mix:  Dressing, egg, sugar, spice, lemon juice, parsley

Fold:  Carefully fold the jumbo meat into the imperial sauce and use care since you want to keep the jumbo from falling apart.  Impress your guests with the huge pieces of crab meat! Scoop into 3 ramekins since this recipe entertains three hungry eaters.

Bake:  In a preheated oven at 350° F, let the delicacy turn to a golden brown.  20-25 minutes should do the trick!

Serve:  Unload the crab imperial on top of your complementing food or serve in the ramekins.  Cool briefly; however, to let the meat set and juices to seep into the delicately salty-sweet meat.  Bon Appetit!
