Our crab cakes are homemade with 100 % fresh east coast lump blue crab meat. No imitation or foreign crab meat is used. There are absolutely no fillers in our crab cakes!!! Put a little butter on top, place in a baking dish, and put in the oven at 375 degrees until lightly browned, or pan fry at medium-high heat with lid and flip when browned.
