Customer Review ~ “I load up on shrimp every year for the holidays. The fam just loves steamed shrimp with cocktail sauce. Our go-to is Chesapeake Crab Connection. It’s awesome buying from a company that searches out USA seafood!”

Try out your culinary skills.

  • 1/3 cup clarified butter (ghee)
  • 4 whole-peeled garlic cloves
  • 1 ¾ lb. peeled & deveined USA Gulf Shrimp
  • Old Bay to taste
  • Juice of a ½ orange and a full orange quartered
  • 2 tablespoons water

Get cooking.

Step 1: Heat 2 tbs. clarified butter and garlic cloves in a skillet. Stir and cook until garlic achieves a slightly golden brown. Step 2: Add shrimp to the mix and sprinkle with Old Bay. Sauté for 2 minutes per side. Cook the shrimp until it turns a slight pink. Step 3: Spread the remaining butter evenly over the shrimp. Squeeze the juice of the half orange over the shrimp and flip the shrimp occasionally while you notice a slight crisping of the shrimp. Promptly remove and scoop the shrimp into your favorite serving dish. Step 4: Garnish with the four equal orange halves. Step 5: Serve with a seasoned rice pilaf. Bon Appetit!
